1. Introduction
Welcome to Don Auto Export (“we,” “us,” “our”), a used car export company based in Singapore. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website donautoexport.com (the “Site”), including browsing, inquiries, and transactions related to the purchase of used vehicles for export. By accessing or using the Site, you (“User,” “you,” “your”) agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.
2. Website Use and Enquiries
Purpose: The Site displays our available inventory of used vehicles for export. Dealers and individuals may browse or submit enquiries via contact forms, email, or other channels.
Enquiries: By submitting an enquiry, you warrant that all provided information is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to reject or ignore incomplete/fraudulent enquiries.
Communication: We may respond via WhatsApp, email, or other contact methods provided. You consent to such communications and confirm compliance with applicable anti-spam laws.
3. Sales Terms (FOB/CIF)
All sales are subject to the following agreed Incoterms:
FOB (Free On Board): The buyer assumes all risks/costs once the vehicle is loaded onto the vessel at the port of origin.
CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight): We arrange and pay for transport/insurance to the destination port, but risk transfers to the buyer upon loading.
Additional Costs: Import duties, taxes, or destination charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Order Process & Payment
Quotations: Prices are subject to change until payment is received. Currency fluctuations, taxes, or freight costs may affect final pricing.
Payment Terms: A deposit (typically 30–50%) may be required to secure the vehicle, with the balance due before shipment. Methods include bank transfer or other agreed options.
Title Retention: Ownership transfers only upon full payment.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Timelines: Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays due to logistics, weather, or customs are beyond our control.
Inspection: Buyers must inspect vehicles upon arrival and report discrepancies within 5 days.

6. Refunds & Returns
Case-by-Case Basis: Refunds or returns are strictly evaluated on a discretionary, goodwill basis and are not an entitlement. Approval depends on the specific circumstances (e.g., gross misrepresentation of the vehicle’s condition by us).
Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping, insurance, customs duties, bank fees, and other transactional expenses incurred prior to any refund are solely the buyer’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed.
Process: To request a refund, buyers must submit a written claim within 7 days of delivery, supported by evidence (e.g., inspection reports proving material discrepancies). We reserve the right to deny claims without justification.
7. Warranties & Liabilities
Sold As-Is: Vehicles are pre-owned and sold without warranties unless explicitly stated. Buyers are encouraged to inspect or request third-party inspections.
Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from the use/misuse of the Site or purchased vehicles.
8. Intellectual Property
All Site content (logos, images, text) is our property or licensed to us. Unauthorized use/copying is prohibited.
9. Privacy
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy, compliant with Singapore’s PDPA. By using the Site, you consent to data processing for enquiries/transactions.
10. Termination & Disputes
Termination: We may suspend/terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Governing Law: Disputes will be resolved under Singaporean law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Singapore courts.
11. Amendments
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
